Now that the DF65 National Championships are complete its the turn of the DF95. Registration begins today with eracing starting tomorrow.

In the DF65 Class QLD took out the first State of Origin Trophy from NSW fopllowed by WA and Vic. We hope that this State Challenge will become a fixture of DF National Championships.

National Championships
March 2026
There have been a number of withdraws in the last few days due to high fuel costs and availability for interstate travelers. With 97 entries confirmed as of this morning we can expect close racing. We just need the weather to play ball. By now all competitors will have received their lunch order email from Susie for the three days of Racing. See you all in five days


More Information
There have been changes to the NoR and SI for both Classes. An email has been sent to each competitor advising them of the changes. To see changes just click on Learn more and download the file.
The event will be run under the Authority of the following: Australian Radio Yachting Association, New South Wales Radio Yachting Association, Lake Macquarie Radio Yacht Club and ADFRSA.

Skippers are reminded of the risk of trip hazards in locations like these.As you can see from the latest photos the Dam has dropped about 3-4 meters in recent days.

DF65 and DF95 Scoring System
As you can see there are changes to Scoring System been used at the Nationals for both Classes. We will be using the SHRS v 2026.1 as the scoring system. Some of you will have experience of this system, the majority will not. Just click on the Learn now button and get a better understanding of how the System works.

Measurement Critia
For both the DF65 and DF95 there will be registration on the first day of each series. We attach a Measurement Critia list for your reference. If you are unsure about any rules please ask now rather than at measurment and run the risk of your boat been rejected.
DF65 Race Results.
As the championships are now complete the final results will be on line till the end of March when the web site will be closed.
